Staff and location were very good, I really enjoyed every detail. There were cereal, pastries, fruit and toast at breakfast. The hotel was in a pretty nice area, just next door to pubs, restaurants and shops, train station and the city centre.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor.

We loved staff and location at this venue. Very comfortable building and rooms with vintage decoration. Everything was nice as expected, however the bathroom was a bit small. The hotel was next to Bath downtown.
The breakfast was n't included in the price.

The location was unbeatable, the bed was good, and the staff was cheery. The food from the beachfront restaurant was astonishing. Location adjacent to shops as well as city centre. Moreover, it was near a parish church. The karaoke bar in the hotel had plenty of welcome beers and great cocktails throughout the day.

Remote location and excellent views, unobtrusive staff and brilliant service. Based in a good area. I enjoyed a great decor and beautiful furniture. The takeaway breakfast was outstanding, included: bacon, cereal and eggs. It was good to have complementary drinks in the main bar😃🙂❤

Actually everything was fine. Bed was comfortable, staff were loyal. Hotel is placed in the centre of the city. Plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like Sotto Sotto that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

This is a hotel go-to for Bath! We loved an ironing set, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a radio. The property's location was marvellous. Booked table at Brasserie Brunel, it's their onsite restaurant.

Huge rooms. Honestly no complains at all. The Snack Bar, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining...

We dined at The Old Station Cafe, that is just 100 metres away. Unbeatable location, Bristol airport was 25 km away.
